The RZ is a premium electric crossover built on the dedicated e-TNGA platform. For 2026, Lexus has expanded the lineup to include the RZ 550e F SPORT, a high-output flagship that finally gives the RZ the performance punch to compete with the likes of the BMW iX and Audi Q8 e-tron. It remains a 5-seater focused on "Omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality).

RZ 300e (FWD): A single-motor setup producing 201 hp, tuned specifically for those who prioritize maximum efficiency over speed.     RZ 450e (AWD): Dual-motor DIRECT4 system producing 313 hp. Battery: All models now benefit from a refined 77 kWh battery pack with improved water-cooling for better performance in the UAE's heat.     Range: * RZ 300e: Up to 486 km (ideal for daily city-to-city commutes). RZ 550e: Roughly 366 km due to the larger wheels and high-output motors.     Charging: The 2026 model adopts the NACS port standard. It supports DC fast charging up to 150 kW, allowing for a 10% to 80% charge in about 30 minutes.

The "Tazuna" Cockpit: The interior is designed around the driver, featuring a minimalist aesthetic and a massive 14-inch touchscreen.     Quietness: Lexus has added a rear floor silencer and acoustic glass to suppress motor whine, making it one of the quietest EVs on the market.     Radiant Heating: Like its Toyota sibling, it uses radiant heaters for the front passengers' legs, which is more energy-efficient than traditional blowers for maintaining warmth (though less relevant for the UAE's summer!).
