Terms & Conditions
1. About Drive EV
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Drive EV website, app, tools, forms, chat functions, comparisons, alerts and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Drive EV Vehicles and Transport Means E-Trading LLC (“Drive EV”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Platform role
Drive EV is a technology-enabled vehicle discovery, comparison, buyer-intelligence and lead-introduction platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Drive EV is not the seller of vehicles listed on or referenced through the Platform, is not the manufacturer of such vehicles, and is not a party to any ultimate sale, finance, insurance, warranty or aftersales contract entered into between a user and a dealer, distributor, lender, insurer or other third party.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, using chat or recommendation tools, saving vehicles, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
4. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding arrangements to use the Platform. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
5. Permitted use
You may use the Platform only for lawful, genuine consumer or business research, vehicle discovery, comparison and enquiry purposes. You must not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy substantial parts of the database, interfere with the Platform’s operation, submit misleading information, impersonate any person, or use the Platform in a way that breaches applicable law.
6. Content, data and recommendations
Vehicle information, specifications, imagery, prices, finance examples, availability, charging data, running-cost estimates, eligibility information, rankings, editorial content, AI-generated outputs and recommendations are provided for general information only. They may change, may contain errors, may be estimated or inferred, and are not a guarantee of suitability, accuracy, availability or performance. Users should verify all key facts directly with the relevant dealer or provider before making any commitment.
7. Behavioural analytics and buyer-intelligence tools
Drive EV uses analytics, event tracking, cookies, account activity, comparison history, saved items, chat interactions, quiz responses, form inputs, clicks, dwell time, referral source, device and session data, and other interaction signals to understand user intent, improve the Platform, personalize content, produce vehicle recommendations, score lead quality, and route enquiries to the most relevant participating dealers or EV industry partners. By using the Platform and creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that such behavioral and preference data may be collected and analyzed for these purposes as further described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Enquiries, introductions and partner sharing
When you create an account, request contact, ask for an offer, save your preferences for follow-up, use a recommendation flow, book a test drive, request finance or insurance information, or submit any lead form, you authorize Drive EV to share your enquiry details, account information, stated preferences and relevant behavioral and intent signals with one or more relevant dealers, distributors, manufacturers, finance partners, insurers, service providers, fleet partners or other EV-industry partners selected by Drive EV for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, assessing suitability, contacting you, and presenting relevant products or services. Drive EV may also receive status updates from those partners about whether they contacted you, whether a deal progressed, and related commercial outcomes.
9. Marketing and communications
Where required, Drive EV will request your consent for marketing communications. Even where you consent to dealer or partner contact in relation to a specific enquiry, you may still have separate choices regarding broader promotional communications. Operational messages, account notices, transactional responses and service updates may still be sent where reasonably necessary.
10. Third-party services
The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment tools, messaging services, maps, analytics providers, advertising networks, financing tools, CRMs, dealer systems or chat technology. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security or practices of third-party services.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform and its contents, including branding, layout, databases, code, editorial materials, rankings, scoring logic, recommendation frameworks, graphics, text, audio-visual materials and underlying data structures, are owned by or licensed to Drive EV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from them without prior written consent.
12. User submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, chat prompts, images, documents, forms, feedback or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the material is not unlawful or infringing. You grant Drive EV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, adapt and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the Platform, subject always to our Privacy Policy where personal data is involved.
13. No responsibility for third-party transactions
Any purchase, reservation, finance application, insurance placement, warranty arrangement, vehicle delivery or other transaction is strictly between you and the relevant third party unless Drive EV expressly contracts as principal in writing. Drive EV is not responsible for third-party statements, contract terms, product performance, vehicle condition, payment handling by third parties, cancellations, delays, or aftersales obligations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drive EV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational loss, or business interruption arising from or related to the Platform or any third-party transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform or an account if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, unlawful activity is involved, a security risk exists, required information is inaccurate, or continued access may harm the Platform, users or partners.
16. Changes to the Platform or Terms
We may update the Platform, these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate in which the operating entity is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
